Mindaugas is one of the founders of Livonia Partners. To take companies up a major level, he brings calm yet bold strategic vision, an emphasis on operational discipline, and deep knowledge of the business landscape in the Baltics.
Among Livonia fund companies, he is chairman of the board at Cgates and a member of the board at Freor and CSUB.
He previously ran a successful private equity fund LHV Capital, which he co-founded with Rain Lõhmus. Before that he held national and regional management roles with Deutsche Post DHL and Statoil Fuel & Retail.
